The Maintenance and Operations Building is organized into three zones, based upon the type of functions housed. The Administrative Offices Building includes Reception and Counter, Planning Director, M & O Director, Support Staff, Meeting Rooms, Break Room, Plan Room, EMS Center, Lock and Key Room and restrooms.
The Operations Shops are organized around a rectangular Yard with a broad covered canopy. They include the Maintenance Supervisor’s Office, Maintenance Shops, Painting, HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing Cribs, Key Crib, Grounds Supervisor, Grounds Equipment Crib, Campus Events Storage, Custodial Supervisor and Custodial Shop. Also located on the Yard are the Auto Bay, Wash Rack and various types of materials storage areas.
The Operations Warehouse is located off of the street for easy access for delivery trucks. It includes the Receiving Office, Receiving/Staging/Assembly Area, Secure Lock Up Crib, Supply Storage and Records Storage. The Warehouse has direct access to the Surplus Yard.
