The hall includes both rotating astronomy exhibits and permanent displays such as a Foucault Pendulum and a Meridian Line Projector. There, visitors can recline comfortably in canted seats to immerse themselves in the wonders of the Universe. Images are produced both by a state of the art digital projector and secondary optical projectors. This facility was designed to be multipurpose for college coursework, K-12 field trips, and multimedia immersive performances.
