May 23, 2013 – The Crescenta Valley High School Building 2000 will receive long awaited improvements and updates to the science classrooms and labs. This renovation brings the science department from two separate buildings into one for collaboration of all science activities. Glendale Unified School District has retained tBP/Architecture to provide planning and design services for the modernization of Building 2000. The 14 science laboratory classrooms include chemistry, biology, and physics with associated support spaces. CVHS’s science teachers and administration are especially excited to collaborate and participate in the realization of the much needed and anticipated science learning environment. Currently, the project is in the design development phase. December 2014 is the estimated completion date.
