Birney Elementary School HVAC/Seismic Fire Alarm, Accessibility & Signage Upgrades Project
New HVAC systems were installed in all classrooms, offices and support spaces throughout three permanent buildings totaling 36,513 SF and 22,600 SF throughout 23 portable classrooms and one portable restroom building. Utility system and finish upgrades were made to support the HVAC installations as needed. Additionally, upgrades were made for accessibility and path of travel compliance, hardware, tactile signage, and campus fire alarms.
