The Armando Rancho Building was constructed concurrently with Rancho Park in the Gale Ranch Development. Toll Brothers was the Developer/Builder, teaming with tBP/Architecture and a collaborative group of Subcontractors to deliver this exciting project to the City of San Ramon.

The 10,000 square foot multi-purpose facility provides additional recreational amenities for local youth sports programs and the San Ramon community. The program includes several flexible rooms (for community education, music rehearsal and public meetings), offices and catering kitchen. This new multipurpose building has become focal point of the 35 acre Ranch Park.
