Located on the Diablo Valley College San Ramon campus, the Dougherty Library is a joint-use facility serving the needs of college students and the local community. Study areas, computer labs, and office spaces are a resource for productivity while the common areas such as the children’s story-telling area, and training rooms allow for collaboration and community building. This 11,800 SF library is part of the new “Village Center” which includes a community center, police substation, child care center, as well as housing and retail/office functions.
