COMPTON COLLEGE Instructional Building #2

The former row-style classroom buildings at Compton College’s campus were built in the 1950’s and had become outdated and non-functional for current learning standards. The replacement Instructional Building #2 facilitates learning in modern, flexible spaces which include smart classrooms, computer labs, and central study areas for all students while faculty staff are provided with new offices and lounge areas. Meeting rooms support campus-wide conference needs and can also be used for instructional break-outs. Extension of the learning environment is made possible with an indoor-outdoor Humanities Lab along with a Poetry Garden.
