COMPTON COLLEGE Student Services/Administration Building

The Compton Community College District has undertaken a robust expansion and modernization program to implement the recommendations of the District’s Facilities Master Plan updated in 2012. A major project outlined in the District’s Facilities Master Plan is the Student Services and Administration Building replacement project which takes the place of the demolished former Library. The new Student Services Building consolidates dispersed programs and is envisioned as a one-stop organization of offerings to facilitate student success.

Renovation of the existing Administration Building will begin upon completion of the new Student Services and Administration Building. As one of the oldest buildings on campus built in the 1950’s, the renovation seeks to preserve yet enhance the building to reflect the campus’ storied history. It will house the President’s offices, the Board Room, Community Relations, Human Resources and Administrative Services.
