Ynez Elementary School had been built over several eras resulting in disjointed facility programming and student needs left unmet. To amend this, a program for a new Multipurpose (MPR) Building to solve various needs. The building is positioned so that students will have a new, centralized hub for activities to supplement their modernized campus.
The new MPR Building will house Administrative Offices, a Food Service/Kitchen Area, Multi-Purpose Room and Stage/Music Classroom. A sheltered lunch area will be located on the MPR building’s exterior. Campus modernization consists of hazard abatement, HVAC upgrades, and roofing upgrades. Site improvements include fencing and path of travel compliance.
