Recently, St. Anne’s Family Services Center celebrated the breaking ground on their modern style residence. The 2-story 3,170 square foot residence will include anti-ligature provisions and will have separate offices on the second floor where the staff can manage the household and supervise the residents on a 24/7 basis. There will be full access control and security as well as data infrastructure throughout the entire building.
The project will conform to California Green Building Standards which will include EV charging and provisions for solar panels.
