The recently completed Rio Hondo College “L” Tower Phase 2 Renovation re-purposed an under-utilized 5 story building into the District’s headquarters and administrative offices. The project allows for consolidation of District Departments within a single building and provides the departments with modern accommodations that will improve the daily work experience for District employees. The project consists for lobby upgrades; interior improvements for offices, meeting rooms, and conference rooms; and board room facilities that are convertible into a conference center for community use.
